To reach the homeless population and those coming out of prison with a desire to get their lives back on track.  Taking them out of their environment, by offering housing at no charge to help them get away from the temptations of drugs, alcohol and other destructive influences.  Over a period of time giving them the teaching to establish different behavior patters for a productive life.  All VRM programs are offered in a non-intuitional setting.
